ANY DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF CRUISE LINE & SHIP IS 100% FULLY REFUNDABLE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENTS. REFUND REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO: THELINEDANCINGGROOVY@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THAT SAID ANNOUNCEMENT. 

AFTER THE 2 WEEKS FROM THE SHIP ANNOUNCEMENT, THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED APRIL 2023 THRU OCTOBER 16, 2023 IS NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE IF CANCEL AFTER APRIL 17, 2024.

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED APRIL 2023 THRU APRIL 16, 2024 IS NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE IF CANCEL AFTER OCTOBER 17, 2024.

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED APRIL 2023 THRU OCTOBER 16, 2024 IS NON REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE IF CANCEL AFTER DECEMBER 17, 2024.

In the case the Cruise Line cancels for any reason, all initial deposits and fees are non refundable. Cruise base cost, taxes, port charges & any prepaid gratuities will be 100% refunded.

ALL ROOMMATE CHANGES MUST BE MADE BY JULY 1, 2025. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON TRANSFERABLE STILL APPLY.
